(North Sioux City, SD) — North Sioux City is set to get a big boost to help recovery efforts from devastating floods back in June of 2024. South Dakota is positioned to receive over 15 million dollars from the Department of Housing and Urban Development that will support long-term recovery efforts in North Sioux City. The Governor’s Office of Economic Development is collaborating with federal and local partners to take the last steps for funding to be awarded.
