The developer behind plans for a 220-unit multi-family townhouse-style condominium development off South Mammoth Road in Manchester is questioning some of the comments and concerns officials have with the project, wondering why they weren’t raised earlier.

The Planning Board is expected to vote on the proposal from the Stabile Companies of Nashua on Dec. 4.

The project — dubbed Bartlett Preserve — is located in the southeastern quadrant of the city, about a half mile north of the Londonderry town line on South Mammoth Road near Corning Road and Lucas Road.
