Wisconsin has seen a large number of hunting accidents in November, according to data from the state Department of Natural Resources .
The tenth and most recent incident, recorded on Nov. 22, was also the first fatal accident of the year. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Office said a 24-year-old man was found in a tree stand with a gunshot wound believed to be an "unintended discharge," according to WISN (Channel 12) . Half of the 10 incidents recorded this year have occurred in November, DNR data shows.
