YULEE, Fla. — A group of concerned citizens in Nassau County have been attending several meetings to speak against their rural backyards becoming a potenital construction zone for new housing developments.
Despite the Board of County Commissioners voting against their wishes and pushing for zoning approval to change the untouched land into a space for more development in Yulee, a nonprofit adaptive riding center hopes the future of its ranch will not be changed for the worse, especially as their business is thriving.
