A North Andover police officer facing trial in connection to a shooting that occurred at her home over the summer is expected to be back in court on Tuesday.

Kelsey Fitzsimmons is scheduled to appear in Salem Superior Court at 12 p.m. for a hearing on discovery and trial timing. She was allowed to appear remotely for the hearing, but her attorneys asked to have her appear in person instead.
