BRUNSWICK, Ohio --- Residents gathered Nov. 19-20 in Strongsville and Brunswick to hear results of the first phase of the I-71 Crossroads Regional Transportation Study by the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency and the Ohio Department of Transportation.
At each meeting, NOACA and ODOT representatives, along with study consultant firm MurphyEpson, immediately pointed out this is the latest in a series of traffic studies in the corridor over the past 40 years, with the first phase looking only at congestion, mobility and access and its effect on both traffic flow and safety.
