11 a.m. -- For the 10th time this season, a Giants rookie is being recognized. DL Darius Alexander has been nominated for Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Week after picking up four total tackles and two sacks against the Lions in Week 12. It was the first two full sacks of Alexander's NFL career. The third-round pick from Toledo is now up to 2.5 sacks on the season, which is tied for the fourth-most among all rookies.

Both of his sacks came in the first half, making him the first Giants rookie since DE Jason Pierre-Paul (2010) to record two sacks in the first half of a game. Alexander joins QB Jaxson
