YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WOIO) - Ursuline High School is now facing a fourth lawsuit.

Filed Monday, the latest suit claims schools officials failed to prevent a planned violent attack on a student in April 2024.

Attorneys allege the schools ignored warnings, which led to the freshman being attacked and hurt.

She was diagnosed with a concussion and suspended for five says, the family says.

The girl’s mother has since transferred her to a different school.

19 News has reached out to Ursuline High School and the Catholic Diocese of Youngstown for comment.

This is at least the fourth the serious allegation against the high school.
