WASHINGTON — As Black Friday approaches, streaming platforms are rolling out some major holiday discounts, including limited-time prices on live TV bundles, premium channels and annual plans. Many of the deals cut monthly costs by more than half, making it one of the best times of the year to try a new service or switch to a cheaper plan.

Here’s a look at Black Friday deals being offered by streaming services this year.

Disney+/Hulu

Customers can get the Disney+ and Hulu with ads bundle for 61% off now through Dec. 1. The deal lets new and eligible returning customers pay just $4.99 monthly for 12 months, down from the usual $12.99.

Hulu/HBO Max

Hulu is letting subscribers add HBO Max to their plans for just $2.99 monthly for a year. Typically, the add-on costs $9.99 a month.
