ST PAUL, Minn. — For the second time in less than a week, a wave of armed and masked federal agents massed at a location in St. Paul to carry out an operation while angry activists gathered to support those targeted.

A witness said agents moved on a home located on the 600 block of Rose Ave. E just before 9 a.m. According to a statement from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), ICE agents were arresting one person, who they say was from Honduras and in the country illegally. DHS said the person had a criminal history, including domestic abuse and disorderly conduct, and was previously removed from the country.
