NASHUA, N.H. —
Investigators say a fire in Nashua over the weekend was a case of arson.
About 30 people were displaced Sunday when a fire started in the hallway of an apartment building on Tyler Street.
Police identified Johnathan Gerald, 42, as a potential witness but said when they tried to talk to him, he wouldn't cooperate.
The investigation eventually led police to charge Gerald with arson, officials said. He is also facing charges of reckless conduct and criminal restraint.
