Booneville police say a routine response to a civil dispute call led to a felony drug charge for a Booneville woman.
According to the Booneville Police Department, on November 19, 2025, patrol officers were called to a business on North Second Street for a reported civil dispute over property. While investigating, officers encountered a woman not involved in the dispute and identified her as 25-year-old Breanna Kaye Stuart of Booneville.
Officers determined the disagreement over property was civil in nature. However, during their contact with Stuart, police say she was found to be in possession of a felony amount of suspected narcotics. She was detained, and the case was turned over to detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division for follow-up.
