ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. — The Robeson County Sheriff's Office has charged six people in connection to a mass shooting at a Halloween part that left two people dead and 13 others injured.

The shooting broke out on Oct. 25 at around 1:15 a.m., according to deputies.

Nehemiah Locklear, 16, and 49-year-old Jessie Locklear were identified as the two victims found dead at 298 Dixon Drive just after 1 a.m., according to WNCN. Eleven other people between the ages of 17 and 43 were shot, including multiple teenagers.

Authorities said the victims weren’t related. Robeson County Burnis Wilkins described the event as a “large house party” with “dozens of videos posted online” showing underage drinking and people with guns.
