GREENSBORO, N.C. — A person was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after a shooting on Rainbow Drive in Greensboro on Wednesday.

According to the Greensboro Police Department, officers responded to the 1700 block of Rainbow Drive in reference to a shooting. When they arrived on scene, officers located one person suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.

There is no suspect information available at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
