( NewsNation ) — The Trump administration has moved to approve a new pesticide that has PFAs or a “ forever chemical ” as an active ingredient.

The new product contains the chemical isocycloseram, and would be used for agricultural crops, turf and ornamentals, as well as indoor and outdoor uses for commercial, industrial and domestic sites, the EPA said in a statement . The specific crops are corn, soybeans and wheat.

It marks the fifth PFAs pesticide ingredient the EPA has proposed for approval thus far during President Donald Trump’s second term, according to The Guardian .
