Born in Ogden, UT, on August 25, 1937, to Blaine and Wanda Skeen. Valdeen was a true testament of love, kindness, and compassion. She resided in Brigham City, Utah, where her life was a radiant beacon of service to others and a testament to her unwavering faith as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
