A Pueblo man has been sentenced to three years in the Colorado Department of Corrections for manslaughter.

Moses Wagner, 49, of Pueblo pleaded guilty in September to firing a gunshot that ricocheted and inadvertently killed a woman in June.

Wagner was arrested on July 2 in connection with the death of 39-year-old Victoria Delira-Alires on June 29.
