What was supposed to be a discussion about next steps for the Grand Trunk site became more of a forum for several Stratford city councillors to voice their frustration with the delayed development of the planned community hub.
One veteran councillor, Brad Beatty, noted he “owned” 15 years of decisions regarding the often controversial downtown site.
