COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football coach Ryan Day spoke with reporters Tuesday as his team prepares for its annual matchup with Michigan.
He was asked about the status of receivers Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tate as they didn’t play in last week’s win over Rutgers. While he provided little update, he detailed their desire to return to the field Saturday.
“They’re doing everything they can to play in The Game,” Day said.
