ALBANY - A Rotterdam man has now been indicted in connection with a September in Albany that left , Albany County District Attorney's officials said.

Matthew Merriman, 29, of Rotterdam, was indicted on one count of aggravated vehicular manslaughter, along with second-degree manslaughter and second-degree assault, prosecutors said.
