SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) - A pair of men have been convicted on charges of domestic battery.
The first, Thomas Molia, was convicted of domestic battery, first offense, in connection with an incident on Sept. 25. On that day, officers with the Sparks Police Department responded to a call from a victim who told them that her husband had taken her phone and threw it against the wall.
When officers arrived, they saw a black Tesla, driven by and registered to Molia, leaving the residence.
After police initiated a traffic stop, Molia told officers that a verbal argument escalated when he began packing the victim’s belongings before telling her to leave. When the victim tried to leave with their three children, Molia became upset. The victim then began recording him on her phone before Molia grabbe
