BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Feeding America, Kentucky’s Heartland held a ribbon cutting event Tuesday morning for their new distribution center in Bowling Green.
The 12,000-square-foot warehouse facility, located at 182 Ambassador Drive, will better serve families in Warren County and throughout the organization’s 42-county service area as the nonprofit works to gather and distribute food to those facing food insecurity. The center will complement FAKH’s Volunteer Center and Distribution Center in Elizabethtown, strengthening its reach and resources.
Held in conjunction with the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce, the event included remarks from FAKH Executive Director Charles Dennis and FAKH Board member Sergio Beltran.
