On Monday, the jury awarded a total of $38.9 million to the plaintiff, including $23.5 million to Vegadelphia for actual damages under the Lanham Act, and $15.4 million in disgorged profits as a rough measure to fairly compensate the plaintiff for harm proximately caused by Beyond Meat's use of "PLANT BASED GREAT TASTE."
