OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. (WFSB) - A meeting will be held on Tuesday night in Old Saybrook on whether to allow classroom pets into schools.
Earlier this year, the town removed animals from classroom.
The animals included bearded dragons and a hermit crab.
Concerns over allergies and disease came up, which led to the decision.
Town leaders will meet again to discuss whether to allow the animals back.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday night at 7 p.m.
Eyewitness News will provide more details as soon as they become available.
