A vile rapist who subjected a woman to an 18-hour ordeal laughed as his victim asked for an ambulance, a court heard.

Kieran Naylor met his victim at a petrol station during the early hours of December 9 last year, and lured her back to his home in Bolton before carrying out the horrific attack.

Manchester Crown Court heard today that Naylor, 40, launched a savage assault on her, repeatedly kicking and stamping on her and leaving her with a broken leg and a broken wrist, reports Manchester Evening News .
