JEFFERSON HILLS, Pa. —

A white-tailed deer in Jefferson Hills took the saying "get your head in the game" too literally after being found with a clear jug stuck to its head.

In a post from the Pennsylvania Game Commission , Allegheny County game wardens had received multiple calls about a deer with a jug stuck on its head. Sergeant April Whitsell and Warden Tyler Castronova had attempted multiple times to remove the jug, but the deer would not remain still and would take off.

"When Coach Tomlin said, 'Get your head in the game!' This deer took it maybe a little too literally," the post said.
