BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - A third suspect has been taken into custody in connection with a shooting that left 29-year-old Marvin Tolliver dead outside a barbershop.

According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, Gregory Lamar Stewart Jr., 22, was arrested on Nov. 24 on a second-degree murder charge.
Two other suspects, Travis Kenny Jr. and Sylvester Bouligny III, were already arrested. Kenny is facing a second-degree murder charge, and Bouligny is facing a principal to second-degree murder charge and illegal use of a weapon charge.
The shooting that the three men are accused of happened just before 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 15, in the 9700 block of Platt Drive.
