CITY OF LODI, Wis. (WMTV) - A man is dead after a single motorcycle crash in Lodi Tuesday, the city’s police department reported.

According to the Lodi Police Department, the crash happened at the overhead railroad crossing on STH 60 between Canning Street and Nestles Street.

The Mukwonago man died in the crash.

State Highway 60 was closed for nearly three hours as police investigated. Officials did not release the name of the 59-year-old man.

Columbia County Sheriff Office, Waukesha County Sheriff Office, Lodi EMS and Lodi Fire and Waunakee EMS were among several agencies who responded to the crash.
