MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A Madison design company raised a record number of meals for Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin as part of the WMTV Share Your Holidays campaign.

Potter Lawson gathers all of its partners for a food drive and lunch each year, dating back to the beginning of Share Your Holidays.

Those who attended created a human food chain to load up the Second Harvest truck with all of the donations.

This year, President and CEO Rebecca Prochaska said they were excited to raise over 104,000 meals. This brings the company’s grand total to over 1.4 million.

Prochaska said the reality of food insecurity hit her in high school, when she was working at one of the local food pantries and had a classmate come in. She said she realized then that you have no clue what someone
