Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Zhaparov laid a wreath at the Bishkek memorial dedicated to the victory over Nazi Germany.

Putin arrived in Kyrgyzstan's capital on Tuesday for a state visit.

He is expected to attend a Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summit in the Kyrgyz capital, which starts on Wednesday.
