COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. (WMC) - Collierville Police Department says a 14-year-old is charged in connection to a sexual assault investigation at St. George’s Independent School .

The teen is charged with aggravated rape through juvenile court. Due to his age, he has not been identified.

Leaders at St. George’s say one reported assault took place on October 8 in an athletic building after school hours. It was reported to school officials on November 5. Police were notified the next day.

Multiple students at St. George’s were also expelled afterwards, and the head of school, Luke Pruett, was placed on temporary administrative leave.

Collierville police say that on November 11, a second victim came forward, reporting another assault that occurred even earlier, on September 12.
