MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The FAA says around 360,000 flights will take off across the country this week for Thanksgiving travel.
Around 52,000 flights are expected to be in the air on Tuesday, the busiest time of the week.
Autumn Jesteadt flew into Milwaukee on Tuesday to visit family for the week.
“It only makes things worse if you are more frustrated and upset, and there is no reason to yell at people and get mad, because I’m part of the problem,” Jesteadt said. “I'm also a traveler on those days.”
Jesteadt will fly back home on Sunday, which the FAA is projecting to be the second busiest travel day of the week.
