MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A big change is coming to Brady Street next month in hopes to make the roads safer for drivers and pedestrians.

"It can be a little hectic," said Aidan Jennings, who lives near Brady Street.

"It can get pretty reckless down here," said Charles Arpin, another local resident.

Those are the words people who frequently walk and drive on Brady Street use to describe their experience on the busy roadway.

"It's also the only place in the neighborhood that I feel like I hear about regular accidents and injuries going on, particularly involving pedestrians," said Jennings.

Residents in the area say the intersection at Humboldt and Brady is one of the problem areas.
