YOUNGSTOWN — The University of Toledo women’s basketball team used a strong fourth quarter to defeat Youngstown State 69-65 on the road Tuesday in a back-and-forth affair.

Trailing by two entering the final period, the Rockets opened the fourth on a 10-4 run to take a lead and held off Youngstown’s attempts at a late rally.

Patricia Anumgba led UT with a game-high 18 points, Evalyse Cole registered 14 points, six rebounds, and four assists, and Faith Fedd-Robinson notched a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds.

Sophia Gregory was the top scorer for the Penguins with 16 points.

Toledo shot 43 percent (26 of 61) from the field, including 32 percent (7 of 22) from three-point range.
