LAS VEGAS, Nev. - The No. 12 Gonzaga Bulldogs won in an even more impressive fashion tonight, toppling the Maryland Terrapins, 100-61.
Braden Huff led the balanced Gonzaga attack with 20 points, and Emmanuel Innocenti had a career night, hitting five of his seven three-pointers.
Mario Saint-Supery had an off-night shooting, but he still paced the team with nine assists.
The Zags' defense again showed out well, holding Maryland to 29 second-half points and collecting 12 steals.
Gonzaga's 7-0 start is their best since the National Championship runner-up 2020-21 season, in which the Zags had a perfect regular season.
GU next plays in the Players Era Festival championship game against the No. 7 Michigan Wolverines tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. PST.
