Main Street Bank Announces Billboard Design Winners

Ohio Valley middle school students were honored Tuesday morning at Main Street Bank for their participation in the bank’s annual holiday billboard design contest. The students’ designs can be seen on billboards throughout the Ohio Valley. The students received a mini-billboard trophy with their designs and a $50 gift card, while their respective schools’ art programs won $500.
