Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary Cosby 's son Robert Cosby Jr. 's wife has filed for divorce — weeks after his latest arrest for allegedly violating a restraining order.

Robert Jr.'s wife, Alexiana Arian Smokoff, filed for divorce in Salt Lake County District Court in Salt Lake City on Monday, Nov. 24. The petition for divorce requires that both parties do not "harass, intimidate or disturb the peace of the other party, by any means, including electronically."
