DANE COUNTY (WKOW) -- The Sun Prairie man who was AWOL from a jail diversion program has been arrested by Sun Prairie police, the Dane County Sheriff's Office.

Richard Vanderbloemen, 43, was found just before 1 a.m. Wednesday. He was reported missing just after 7:15 p.m. Tuesday. Dane County sheriff's deputies received an alert from his GPS bracelet and responded to check on him. Vanderbloemen had cut the bracelet and left it outside.
