The high school basketball season has tipped off and the action is starting to heat up with early season action and holiday tournaments where teams and players are showing off their skills.

In the Greater Savannah area, Bradwell Institute and Calvary Day have been noticed in the state rankings put out by Sandysspiel.com with Bradwell competing in Class 5A and Calvary a contender in Class A-3A Private.
