DOVER — State and local fire officials urge the public to use caution when cooking this holiday season, offering a demonstration and safety tips.

Sean Toomey, the New Hampshire state fire marshal, in conjunction with Dover Fire & Rescue and the American Red Cross of Northern New England, encouraged safety when cooking at home, especially around the holidays.
