Contrary data frustrates school district; state woking on new assessment

Frederick County Public Schools said it is frustrated by a disconnect between local student assessment scores and state assessment scores.

Hundreds of FCPS students are scoring well on college-level exams — some high enough to receive college credit — but are not receiving proficient scores on statewide assessments.
