Brunswick prepares for special election after split appointment vote

Brunswick will hold a special election in January after its City Council did not unanimously appoint a new member to fill a vacancy.

Angel White, a member of the Brunswick City Council for 15 years, stepped down in August and moved to Florida with her husband.
