Strictly Come Dancing star George Clarke has revealed "challenges" ahead of a format change this weekend.

The popular BBC dance competition previously revealed a brand-new challenge for its contestants, set to take place this weekend.

The Instant Dance challenge, which has never been attempted before, will see the stars selecting a random dance style from sealed envelopes, which they must then perform on the spot.

The couples will be competing for additional marks to strengthen their position on the crucial leaderboard before the forthcoming quarter-final.
