Full details of the Budget have been released early sparking a fiasco blamed on a “technical error”.

Details of the statement were revealed by the Office for Budget Responsibility before Chancellor Rachel Reeves had even taken to her feet.

It shows income tax thresholds will be frozen for another three years to 2030/31.
