The Office for Budget Responsibility (OPR) has published the report on the Autumn Budget earlier than expected, as chaos is now expected for millions of people.

According to the OPR report, the Government is planning to freeze income tax thresholds for an additional three years, despite the fact the Chancellor, Rachel Reeves, said last year that this action would "hurt working people."

The document, which some have speculated may have been released early in error today, outlined the planned changes which Ms Reeves is expected to talk through during her Budget.
