The UK Government's budget has effectively been leaked when a document has been, seemingly, accidentally published detailing all the proposals the UK Chancellor would be set to announce in the Budget at 12.30pm today.
The Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) is the UK's independent fiscal and economic forecaster and was set up in 2010. This 200-page document details the tax rises and plans that the Chancellor was set to announce.
