WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A local church that was intentionally set on fire experienced a break in the very next day.
According to the Winston-Salem Police Department (WSPD), officers responded to Iglesia Lluvias De Gracia Church on Nov. 22 at 11:55 a.m. for a break in.
The church told WFMY News 2 that band equipment, including a bass guitar, keyboard, speaker and sound mixer, was stolen.
Winston-Salem Fire Department officials confirmed that a fire at a local church was started intentionally but does not appear to be a hate crime.
On Nov. 21, a fire broke out at a church at Iglesia Lluvias De Gracia Church on the 1500 block of 15th Street.
