BLOOMINGTON — Indiana basketball knew the key to shutting down Kansas State’s offense in was slowing down its leading scorer PJ Haggerty.

The No. 24 Hoosiers (6-0) embraced that challenge in an 86-69 win on Tuesday, Nov. 25 at Assembly Hall by holding Haggerty to just 16 points on 7 of 17 shooting. He came into the game leading the country in scoring with 28.0 points per game.
