SEATTLE — The Thanksgiving travel rush is in full swing, marking what’s expected to be the busiest holiday travel period in 15 years.
Fuel from the Olympic Pipeline is flowing again after being shut down for days. Even though things are getting back to normal, some airlines say there could still be a few bumps along the way.
If you’re flying out of Seattle this week, especially on a longer flight, it’s a good idea to keep checking your flight status. After nearly two weeks of fuel stops, emergency fuel trucking, and warnings about possible travel delays, airlines are getting back on track.
During this busy Thanksgiving week, Delta says some flights could see schedule changes due to limited fuel. Alaska Airlines, on the other hand, says it doesn’t expect any disruptions.
