CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Newly released bodycam video shows Decarlos Brown Jr. explaining to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officers his belief that he was exposed to something that took away his ability to control his body.

The bodycam video released on Tuesday, Nov. 25 was from an officer interaction during a welfare check for Brown on Jan. 19.

“If I get an MRI and they see what it is, what they gon say? We gotta get surgery and get that out so we can investigate what the [expletive] is,” Brown said in the footage.
